Recruiting a receptionist for Abu Dhabi.
Major Responsibilities:
· Respond to and direct incoming phone calls.
· At the front desk, greeting, welcoming, and guiding guests.
· Plan meeting room assignments, prepare for office events and meetings.
· Help with printing documents, making beverages, and any other duties as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common area at all times.
· Establish a video/audio conference arrangement.
· Help with the administrative duties delegated by the Office Manager.
Essential Needs:
· High school diploma.
· One to two years experience working as a Receptionist.
· Understanding of video conferencing software as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Calendar.
· A professional demeanor on the phone and a great customer service approach.
