DESCRIPTION

Recruiting an Operations Officer for Abu Dhabi.


Main Duties:

· Develop a plan and establish objectives for growth, maximizing profitability by optimizing the process.


· Manage daily activities (Fully accountable for the daily operations of the business and its personnel).


· Establish regulations and procedures, then see that they are followed.


· Manage budgets and make the best use of resources for initiatives, events, and the business as a whole.


· Boost net profit margins and revenue.


· Direct the process of employee evaluation, and supervise the recruitment and training of new hires.


· Analyze and enhance financial and operational performance.


· Provide opportunities for training and growth to make sure staff are productive and advancing in their careers.


· Establish procedures and policies, and let the workforce know about all operational procedures and policies.


Important Considerations:


· has a bachelor's degree.


· Prior experience as an Operations Officer.


· Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and similar programs.


· Excellent analytical skills, especially in the area of optimization.


· Experience with financial management and planning.
